myDBR 2.3 - "Making it better"

    Hi,
    myDBR Team is happy to announce the the availability of myDBR 2.3 release.

    The version is a maintenance release with new features.

    New features include:

    • Report order can now be set in main screen
    • myDBR Active Directory Groups can now contain external groups
    • Support for editable cells as a textarea
    • Allows rows to be ignored in aggregate calculation
    • New menu UI element using dbr.list
    • Swedish translation, courtesy of Daniel Croona, Bravomedia AB

    Improvements:

    • Export improvements
    • Editable report improvements
    • Empty cells are ignored in aggregate calculation
    • Emply result sets no more cause UI inconsistency in the header
    • Autocomplete now supports special characters

    As always, you can update to new version using the myDBR's automatic updater.

    Looks good! What would be helpful is a roadmap of improvements so we know what is coming when.

    One thing I am needing is the ability to use drop-downs for editable fields. One of you mentioned it was planned, but it doesn't seem to be in the 2.3 release and I have no idea when - thus I may need to develop custom pages for it outside of mydbr.

    Hello Duane,
    editable will receive new features / improvements in next version. Drop-down menus, radio buttons, date pickers can be utilized in addition to existing enterable fields.
