   I am having few reports where I am not able to assign users
   The user Ajax os nor working

   Take a look at your server logs for errors. Most likely cause of it is a permission issue, webserver cannot access it's files.

   Only not able to assign rights for the node

   - What do you mean by "node"?
   - What is the problem exactly?
   - Does it work on some reports as you say that you have "few reports where I am not able to assign users"
   - Do you have any errors in the web server error log?
   - Any errors on browser console?
