* PayPal fixed the issue with the account. Resuming normal operation *
we are currently experiencing problems with PayPal payments (starting from 15 Feb 2014 12:01:14). We are working with PayPal to resolve the issue.
In order to acquire a license, go through the normal procedure in myDBR Shop (so we get all neccessary info) and then contact us via email at sales@mydbr.com and we'll generate a license for you, free of charge.
The PayPal status:
Update 15 Feb 2014, Sarturday
- PayPal accidentally suspends the account. Support is closed for the weekend.
Update 17 Feb 2014, Moday
- PayPal has promised to look into the matter.
Update 18 Feb 2014, Tuesady
- PayPal has identified the problem and is trying to find a correct internal procedure to put it back online.
Update 19 Feb 2014, Wednesday
- PayPal has promised to come back to us 3pm GMT and hopefully have a solution.
- PayPal fixed the issue. Resuming normal operation.
