Hey,
I have connected to a AD, where there are multiple groups available. Change the active directory group to 'Everybody' group already present in my AD. Now can i link AD with more then one group at a time ?
Thanks,
Bushra

Bushra,
could you rephrase teh question? Did not quite understand what.
If you were asking if a person can belong to multiple groups the answer is yes.

Yes .. the User belongs to multiple groups but how can I import multiple groups from AD?
When myDBR connects to AD, it searches for the group 'myDBR Groups' (customizable). These are the groups that myDBR will import as myDBR groups. Use can belong to more than one group inside 'myDBR Groups'.
Go to Environment settings → Active Directory settings → Active Directory to see which groups myDBR uses.

AD shows only one group which is 'myDBR Groups' . How we can add other AD groups there?
Go to Active Directory Administrative Center and add your groups into the 'myDBR Groups'.
