Is the inbuilt inLogin Parameter available within Parameter Queries, and if so how would you actually pass it to a parameter query that referenced another linked parameter?

InLogin like other automatic parameters are supported in parameter queries.
Just define a parameter with that name and it will be automatically handled by myDBR.
