Just a bit of feedback in general here. My organisation have been using this for a few months, and the software is great. It's a relatively simple install and the program is pretty powerful.
Most of all - I'm impressed with the quick turn around on both support emails and support questions on the forum. This has saved me a great amount of time and has helped me understand the product a lot better.
Also - the speed at which bugs/fixes are patched is impressive. A few times I've stumbled across a bug, reported it on the forum and then simply had to do an update a day or so later. This is great.
I'll be recommending it to some other friends in the business.
