   I would like to display integers with a thousands separator. But it seems if I use the %d in the style I only see the thousands separator if there are decimals. Is there a way to display the thousands separator for integers?

   Thousands separator will be shown by default (preferences are set to show them). If you format the the column with %d, it means that the separator will not be shown.

   Actually, I answered my own question. I was using %s. I tried %d and now the thousands separator is showing up.
