   I would like to display the multi-select values similar to the style available in Multi-select example,Is there a different styling or value to be chosen for the multi-select style relationship between Continents and Country?

   did not quite understand what do you mean by "Is there a different styling or value to be chosen for the multi-select style relationship between Continents and Country?".

   The multiselect is an option you can choose from parameter queries (see Checkbox options). The demo shows the used parameter query.
