The mydbr.template appears to be completely ignored when exporting to PDF, such that when I export an invoice as shown in mydbr.com/doc/content/cmd.templates.html, I get a PDF without any of the formatting. Is there a way to change this behavior?

Hi,
Templates are supported when in exports if you have wkhtmltopdf installed. You can try out the invoice example from the demos.myDBR does create PDF's without wkhtmltopdf installed, but with just basic functionality. With wkhtmltopdf you will get the full functionality.
