   I have a report that returns a basic table of data - 2 short text strings, 6 decimals, a sparkline and then another decimal. 10 columns in total. Everything looks fine on the screen - there are maybe 150 results returned. When I export to PDF, on the second page and beyond the column headings are displayed on top of the first row of data.

   We're running myDBR 4.0.0 (build 2348)

   Let me know if there's any workaround you can come up with or I can provide more info.

   could you send an export=sql version and the generated PDF to support email so we could take a look at it.

   Edit: Have you checked this: wkhtmltopdf 0.12.0 not showing the header?
