Hello there,
I have a fresh install of mydbr on a windows 2008 server with xampp installed on it. I followed the instruction and have the username and password. But when i want to login, mydbr keeps asking for username/password. I have read other posts but they don't have the solution.

do you get a message saying invalid username / password or just a repeated username/password query without any messages?
If you do not get any messages, check the file permissions so that the web server has access to all the files included. In this case you should see messages in Apache error log.
If you do get a message for invalid username / password, then check the installation and the content of the mydbr_userlogin-table. If your installation went without anyt problems, this should not be the issue.
