   Are there any special considerations for migrating a mydbr installation from a windows server to a linux server?

   both servers are apache (tho different versions), but the php version of the windows box is 5.2 vs 5.3 for the linux box. The database is already on a separate server and we want to keep that the same (mssql server 2005)

   Will it be as simple as copying my mydbr directory to the new server? or are there database/file configurations that i will need to change?

   All myDBR related things are stored in the database.

   If you copy the mydbr directory to the new server it should work just fine provided that your configuration on the Linux server is ready (database drivers, ionCube loader, any extensions you might use).
