Chart title centering

    Hi

I've encountered a problem; it looks like a bug to me but please feel free to tell me I'm wrong.

    The following chart:

As you can see, has it's title not centered, but drifted to the right.

If I shorten the Y labels, the title appears to be more centered:

The problem here appears to me that the title message is centered on the graphic for the graph itself, rather than the whole graph including the axis labels. I've tried using ChartDirector and Flash so it isn't the rendering engine.

Is there any way to change this behaviour, or is it a bug as I suspect? Or is this by design?

    Thanks in advance

    Dan

It actually is by design. Chart title is centered above the chart itself, not counting the axis. This is quite normal with charts.

The problem with comes from the fact that the title is longer than the chart itself pushing the title to left (and right). You got couple of options:

    1) Use smaller font in the title
    2) Use bit wider chart
    3) Shorten the title text
