My company purchased the MyDBR premium license on the 25th of August. Unfortunately, our HR director (who handles purchases) accidentally entered in an email address in the "host" field when she made the purchase, meaning that we cannot install the software properly. I've emailed the MyDBR support and sales addresses four times now and haven't gotten a reply, despite paying the money for a "premium" license which is supposed to include support.
Are there still humans operating this thing? Did we just scammed out of $150? Getting very frustrated here, especially after I worked hard to convince my higher-ups to use this software.
