Access Parameter panel when header is hidden

    Is there a way to access the parameter panel normally accessed by the gear in the header when the header is hidden (hdr=0)?

    When the gear icon is hidden, I would like to include a link directly on the report to access the parameters either through a pop-up or a panel.

    You can set the parameter panel to be visible with 'dbr.parameters.show'.
