   hi,

   Currently date picker is available only on report parameters, but would it be too much to ask to make it available on editable fields of type DATE ?
   It would be very handy and reduce all kinds of potential data entry errors.

   Alternatively, if this is not very easy to add to mydbr, can you suggest good way to validate entered date using callback?

   Eugene,
   editable fields offer variety of input types; datepicker being one. You define the input type via type-parameter. For example the datepicker is 'type=datepicker'.
