   I am using templates to give our reports both a header and footer. I would like to have the header and footer show on every page when you export to PDF. If I use the wkhtmltopdf header option it works fine except that I now have 2 headers on the PDF. One from the template and one from the wkhtmltopdf conversion. If I remove the template then the output to screen does not have any header.

   Is there any way to have get the header to show 1 and only 1 time for both output to screen and the export to PDF?

   Jay,
   You can create a header in the template, customizing the export_header_pdf.php or using the wkhtmltopdf header-html option.

   Depending on which header method you choose, you can disable the other ones by utilizing the inExportFormat automatic parameter.
