   I know how to write linked report
   By any way Can I have drill down reports through MyDBr

   I want to have country wise sale drilled down to statewise drilled down to citywise

   Is it possible using any tricks ?

   You can add linked reports to linked reports. There really is nothing different there. Just pick the place where your linked report will appear (popup, new window etc.)
