   Is it possible to define additional chart types that include some of the advanced Chart Director charts available. For example: "MSLineComboStackedColumnDY"

   And is there a way to provide additional control over the chart formatting, for example to explicitly define the range(s) used for the Y-Axis?

   Yes, you can do this via the extension API.

   And is there a way to provide additional control over the chart formatting, for example to explicitly define the range(s) used for the Y-Axis?

   We will be adding the ability to access all ChartDirector functionality in the upcoming 1.3 release. With this you can fully customize the charts in myDBR.
