   is it possible to have this value entered at report run time ?

   ie editable cell (i'd rather it not be a parameter) or maybe a select?

   What "this value" are you referring to? Are you doing an import or editing a cell?

   sorry I tried to keep it simple, I would like the constant to be a variable.

   so i guess my question should be is there a way to insert a variable into the import, similar to how we can insert a constant into the import?
