Excel total is zero

    Dear support,

    We recently got report from our users that after exporting our report to excel, the total becomes zero. However, if we update a little bit one any cell, e.g. adding a "." at the end, the total will appear

    Please help

    Hi,
    what is the version and the build you are using?

    myDBR 5.0.3 build 3483 onwards saves the precalculated value in cells containing the formula. If you are running version older than that, you can run the automatic updater.
