I created users for several new employees and gave them a generic password and told them to go into their preferences to change it. One user emailed me and said there was no link to the preferences. I logged in as that user and it isn't there. What could make the Preferences link disappear?

Do you have automatic login set in the Environmental Settings? Or do you use custom CSS that might hide the element?
