hi! I have a scenario where i was troubleshooting mydbr, i don't want to mess with our prod DB so i dumped it and import the mydbr DB to other mysql server and used it. I reinstalled mydbr the the "You need a valid license. Log in as admin to enter one or contact your admin." message is gone. Then after my troubleshooting, i put mydbr settings to our prod mydbr mysql, did the same thing but "You need a valid license. Log in as admin to enter one or contact your admin." never went away. We have just renewed our premium license this January btw. Need help ASAP.

Answered the question in support email. A short version: You have set myDBR to use Automatic login but the credentials are wrong. Use myDBR login URL to do normal login and add the license.
