I have a mydbr installation and i am considering the OEM licence. In our setup we will need to access the mydb instance through two different domain names. Is this possible?

The license is tied into the hostname.
You can either serve the reports via a common hostname (reports.yourservice.com) or you can have two licenses on one server.
