    Hi
we've had reports that some users are getting invalid license notifications even when the licenses are still valid. This may happen if you are running a build myDBR 5.7.1 build 3932 or older.

If you are experiencing this behavior, login in as admin and click the 'Manage licenses'-link. In the license page click the 'Update myDBR'-to perform a fully automatic update. This will fix the issue.

The update page is not working for me either and I am experiencing this issue. It says "Update wizard failed. Please try again in a few minutes." I have the proxies configured where I have been doing updates for the past few years with the web update.

Make sure you have both HTTP (80) and HTTPS (443) open to http://www.mydbr.com. You can also try to skip the part where myDBR fetches the update textual info and go straight to update process.

So, when you see the message "Update wizard failed..." add &action=update to the end of the URL, it will skip fetching the HTTPS link to info page (https://www.mydbr.com/getpost.php?id=9710) and will just fetch the update.

Adding &action=update to the end of the "Update wizard failed..." page allowed it to successfully update. My license is now working again. Thanks!

    OK,
you might want to check the server that connection to http://www.mydbr.com is also allowed via HTTPS (port 443) and that PHP is configured to recognise the certificate (php.ini's curl.cainfo has valid CA bundle defined). This will ensure smooth updates in the future.

Thank you. Once I configured the php.ini to utilize the curl.cainfo, the update page shows the release notes properly.
