   Hi

   users are not able to import excel file through mydbr import option.

   Getting error 'Unfortunately, we could not complete your request. Please contact your system admin'

   Seems it is some rights issues , please help me to fix this issue.

   i'm using premium licences and report access is extended to the particular users.

   to get more verbose error message for the normal user, add following line to user/defaults.php and try again:

   $mydbr_defaults['server_error']['show_full_error_message_to_non_admin'] = true;

   "Missing access privileges for report sp_DBR_data_into_excel'

   In order to do import, a person needs to have access rights to those import reports.

   Just grant access to the user for the sp_DBR_data_into_excel-report.

   May I suggest that the error is logged to a database table which the admin can read? This happens to us frequently and usually takes a bit of work to figure out what is going on.

   If the user could send to the admin - I have been asked to contact you because of error with log id 1233455 then the admin can look it up quickly and see what is wrong and fix.
