    Hello.

Some feature requests after going through our groups / users and general security model of mydbr. In order of importance.

    1. When going to edit report / folder it would be very beneficial to be able to click a group name or a magnifying glass next to it to see the users in that group.

    2. The same applies when using show access rights on the main page.

This would save us a lot of time in user management and increase the general security model of each mydbr setup.

    3. On the users screen, if we could either see updated_at or set an inactive flag (or both) this would be helpful.

    4. Copying permissions between users, and / or migrating a user from normal login to single sign-on would be very helpful as well.

We disable users now by setting a long and cryptic password - usually to ensure we can review permissions for someone coming into a similar role later.

Best regards and thanks for a great product,

    Maron

    Maron,
thank you for the suggestions. We'll take a look at those.

As for the users, you can set an user to be inactive from user dialog.

    Thanks

Not seeing the inactive checkbox on any of our setups - could it have been lost in some update - I remember seeing this somewhere in the past.

Once we found it it would be good to see this in the user overview as well.

The feature was added in 5.8.3/build 4226. The Invisible-flag is available for myDBR users (myDBR does not control SSO/AD users). Disabled users are shown in lighter color.

    Maron,
the latest build includes the capability to check the group's users both in the main screen and when adding groups to reports/folders.
