   How can I prevent the error

   Could not execute the report. There was an error in the report. Duplicate entry '111-BAS' for key 'visitor__index_idcpg'

   to be shown, and show a more user friendly message like:

   Hi, there exists already a record in the database with identification 111 for user BAS, please edit this record

   How does your report look like which produces this error? You are inserting data into the database, but how?
