   After going through the process of getting all the approvals to renew the license.
   getting the information over to the finance department.
   getting them the login information and all the links.
   they ordered the wrong license type.. (mssql instead of mysql).
   what is the process here for getting this license reprovisioned?
   just email support?
   it is a renewal so there's past history of it being mysql instead.
