   A report with MYDBR_WEB is public report accessible login allowed via direct URL.

   You can change the report access permissions via the Edit Report-link.

   Do you mean that you want to use another name than MYDBR_WEB to mean a public report accessible login allowed via direct URL? Or what is it that you are trying to do.

   MYDBR_WEB is internal reserved word used by myDBR. It is not visible to users in any way.
