Hi
Yesterday I renewed my OEM licence and upgraded to latest version.
Today users are getting an error when trying open excel exports - the file format or file extension is not valid.
These are reports they have been regularly exporting without issue. No changes have been done to the reports.
I’m travelling today and will not have computer access until later today.

Sen in the corrupted Excel file alongside with the SQL export of the report to support email. We'll take a look what is causing this for you.

Hi
I think I have found where the issue is coming from.
If you click the download link at the top right of the browser window the export works.
If you click the download button at the top left of the report, besides the search box, the downloaded file is corrupt.
