I'm a new developer for verifacto and im currently using the free version of Mydbr. When I use the synchronization tool to load data from licensed servers it does not work as expected . My doubt is do I need a paid license to load reports produced from the synchronization tool?

When you generate the synchronization file, you need to have a Premium/OEM version. You can load the generated file to a free Community version.
Note that not all the reports may not work alike as Premium/OEM versions have more functionality as the free Community version.

so how come when I loaded the generated file (from OEM) to a free Community version it did not work? Like none of the reports are visible to me. Let me know if I should send the synchronization file to the email support@mydbr.com ?

The versions of both systems are the same?
You can send in the file so we can take a look that it is properly generated.
