   Dear Team,

   I encountered the message "php-zip is not installed. myDBR will use slower, PHP-based ZipArchive!" and attempted to resolve it by uncommenting the extension=php_zip.dll line and restarting the service as suggested by a Google search. However, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

   Check you phpinfo() that you have zip extension installed.
