    myDBR is getting blank page after php / chartdirector / ioncube 8.2 update. How we can fix this? Thanks.

    myDBR version for PHP 8.2 is encoded with SourceGuardian, not with ionCube.

    Check the following:

    1. Check that your PHP is working
    2. Check that your PHP is working
    3. Check that Xdebug PHP extension is disabled
    4. Check that the SourceGuardian is properly installed
    5. Check that the myDBR version you are using, matches the PHP version 8.2
    6. Check the web server error log for errors

    While ionCube has PHP loader for PHP 8.2, myDBR's PHP 8.2 version uses the SourceGuardian loader.

    Already installed ionCube and SourceGuardian however still got the error:

    Remove the ionCube loader and make sure you have downloaded and installed PHP 8.2 version of myDBR.

    Can I still able to use the automatic updater?

    You need to do a manual update for the PHP version update. Move the current installation to another directory and download the PHP 8.2 version and unzip it to the old location. Copy the mydbr_config.php and the user -directory from the old one to the downloaded new one.
