Automatic Premium License renewal

    MyDBR Team:

    We recently got a message that the myDBR license had expired on 08/02, we renewed the premium license and updated MyDBR to version 6.9.2, that process took sometime to be completed, meanwhile the reports were not available.

    Is it possible to automatically renew the license once it expired, using the same payment method? If that is not possible, how can we receive an email/message alert that the license is going to expire few days before it happens?

    We use MyDBR every day and we want to make sure it is always up and working.

    Hi,
    We send a reminder email one month prior to the license expiration. The email is sent to the license holder's email address, and you can add additional email addresses in your myDBR Shop account.

    In addition to the reminder email, myDBR will show a notification about the expiring license to admins (a week before).

    Automatic license renewal would often require automatic version updates, which, due to the variety of customer installation configurations, might lead to unwanted results.

    If it helps, we can add an option where the license expiration notice will be shown to all users in case admin access is rarely used and allow configuration of the notification timeframe.

    Thanks for your answer.

    We already added an alert next year one month before the license expires.
    It seems like the email it was registered was not reviewed often.
