   Hi,

   How can I show only a few specific items in a column using a filter, either by creating a parameter or directly within the report?

   For example, if I have values "A", "B", and "C" in a column, I want the filter to display only "A", "B", and "C", and group the rest of the data as "Others". I also want to include an "All" option in the filter.

   Can this be done without creating a parameter?

   What is it that you are trying to do? Filter data or filter columns? How would the "Others" column work when it has multiple columns in it?

   One of the columns contains both system-generated and manually entered text. I want to add filters for 'System Generated' (including entries like 'Duplicate renewal' and 'Failed renewal'), 'Others' for all other text, and an 'All' filter to apply to the entire report based on this column. This will allow me to filter the entire report based on the type of text in this column.
