   Is there any user access log? For example by when which report has been run?

   In the 'Admin reports' folder, there is a Statistics report that shows the statistics for the reports run (who, when, what parameters, how long it took). The underlying table is mydbr_statistics if you want to create your own reports from it.

   In the mydbr_statistics table, what it implies if the end_time is NULL?

   Most likely, the report execution has stopped due to an error of some kind. You can try rerunning the report to see if you can replicate the error.
