   I found that if I'm using tabs and my parameters return no data for tab one, the column header appears outside of the tabs like so:

   

   For consistency's sake I'm thinking it should be inside the tab. If I select an additional tab I get 2 column headers:

   

   My report data is defined in each tab.next block of this single report (no ajax calls).

   Am I perhaps using it wrong?
