No valid license found for mysql server at www.example.co.uk

I have just bought a new premium license for "example.co.uk", with the assumption that it makes more sense to use the root domain rather than specifying http://www.example.co.uk. But when I visit the web page I get the error "No valid license found for mysql server at http://www.example.co.uk".

Is there any way I can adjust my license so it is for http://www.example.co.uk rather than example.co.uk or is there some other way around this? Moving our systems away from www. would be difficult if not impossible.

(by the way, "example" is.... an example)

    Thanks,

    Andrew

In my previous post, read http://www.example.co.uk as http://www.example.co.uk. Those URLs were unintentionally adjusted by BBcode.

Thanks. Just in case anyone else has a similar problem, my license did need adjusted as I suspected, and the staff here were very quick to help resolve this.

    Thanks again.
