What happens once a Premium license expires?

Does one have to spend another US $194 to prevent nag screens or application going to a non-functioning mode?

    Hi,
The Premium license is a 12 month subscription license. If you choose to renew the license you continue to have the benefits (more functionality, direct support, no "nag screens"). The other alternative is to continue with the free version.

We do hope that you find myDBR useful and will support our work by acquiring a Premium license.

I haven't dug very far into the application, but I like what I see - apart from this licensing.

We need reporting like myDBR can do, in an embedded environment where boxes will be deployed in remote locations. Local users will generate reports off their data on 'localhost'

I have to support users that have enough trouble figuring out where/how to type a URL into a browser - without trying to get them to hook a computer to the internet to update licenses once a month.

Periodic loss of functionality / Regular environment updating / Nag screens (for renewing licenses) are what we are wanting to avoid. Microsoft based solutions are available, but due to their habit of breaking things that work... I am looking to LAMP/WAMP based solutions.

If you are planning to use myDBR as an embedded solution, you can contact us directly at support@mydbr.com.

myDBR was designed to be low maintenance, regular updates are mandatory only for free version (to keep our support costs reasonable). Premium license holders have more freedom on the updates.

You are free to evaluate myDBR and if you have any questions, drop us a line.
