The SQL Editor not loadin on IE is usually a cache issue where IE is agressively caching the old version where it should not. You can try to use another browser to see that your installation is working and then try to clear the IE's cache again.

Nothing new in the output. The editAreaLoader object not being defined comes from the fact that the edit_area_compressor.php call fails. Most common cause of this is that IE is caching the old version. So, make sure you'r cache is cleared.
Please do following:
1) Try with another browser so you'll see if your server setup is ok. If it works with another browser, you will know it is your IE.
2) If the problem is only in IE, try to clear the cache.
3) If that does not help, delete the file mydbr/lib/external/editarea/edit_area/edit_area_full_with_plugins.gz (myDBR will recreate it nect time you will access the SQL Editor.

as per suggestions, i did all 3 below steps but still my issue is not resolved
1. cleared the IE cache
2. tried accessing the Mydbr in FireFox
3. deleted mydbr/lib/external/editarea/edit_area/edit_area_full_with_plugins.gz
And also, the "edit_area_full_with_plugins.gz" is not getting created when I access of SQL Editor again, this could be a cause for this issue? please advise. thanks.

OK. This should cause IE to fetch the code from the server.

Did you try the SQL Editor with FireFox? What was the outcome?
3. deleted mydbr/lib/external/editarea/edit_area/edit_area_full_with_plugins.gz
If the file is not re-created, the web server does not have privileges to do so, or your browser is caching the request so the server never sees the request.

Both IE & Firefox gives same issue when accessing SQL Editor - clearing cache didn't help as well.
There is no permission issue - becuase first time it creates the .gz file. & also verified apache has full permission to installed mydbr folder.
And I observerd that when I access this URL "http://localhost:8080/mydbr/lib/external/editarea/edit_area/edit_area_compressor.php?plugins&v=1461", my web server is getting restarted.
[I am running mydbr in windows 7 with 4GB RAM and Apache http 2.2 Web server & ioncube_loaders_win_vc9_x86_ipf(Version 4.0.14 for PHP 5.3)]
what is the cause for this issue?

You might want to take a look at the error logs what is causing your web server to crash. That should not happen. Also, the edit_area_compressor.php should deliver valid JavaScript to you.
The edit_area_compressor.php compresses the SQL Editor code and delivers a gz version to the browser. There is something in your environment that causes this to fail.
If you cannot find the cause of the problem, you can disable the gzip compression and use of cache file by changing the settings in EditArea settings. Open the mydbr/lib/external/editarea/edit_area/edit_area_compressor.php and change the settings for use_disk_cache and use_gzip. Please do understand that this should be done as "last resort" and you should first check what is causing the problem with the compression.

You should still see what was causing the original problem. The compress option will be overwritten in each update and the uncompressed version may cause problems with Google Chrome's Javascript engine.
