   Upgrading to the new version and the database admin username is truncating to 15 characters but my existing username is 16 characters. Is there a reason for the change? It is not reading my existing config.php file either since i get the prompt to enter the info again.

   There is an incorrect 15 character limit in username in current versions installer. It will be fixed in the next release. Before the update is available, you can use a shorter username.
