I have a need to format large currency values such as $nnn, nnn, nnn These numbers need the currency symbol but are unreadable without the thousands separators. The default numbering provides the separators, but as soon as I apply the currency symbol, the separators go away.

    Any suggestions?

Make sure you've got the latest build (just run the updater) and a column style like '$ %d' should format the currency values correctly.

Any other suggestions? As before, that gets me the $ but no thousands separators.

Oh. Perhaps one other little tidbit of information: The field is defined in the MySQL database as bigint(20)

    Did you run the updater?

What is the myDBR build number in your installation?

Yes. I ran the updater as per your initialsuggestion.

    myDBR 3.5.1 (build 1525)

Could you run the updater again. A newer build should work better.
