PDF Export and Report Parameters

    Ahoy!

Recently, when exporting a report as PDF, the Parameter fields are included in the export. Usually that part is collapsed and you'd need to click on the gear icon to open it - but it seems to be opened default when wkhtmltopdf "watches" the report to create the PDF.

We use the PDF export function primarily to manufacture Reports for our clients and we would prefer that the parameter list doesn't show. How could I achieve it?

Showing parameters in PDF export is really unnecessary even when report has set the parameters to be shown. We'll change this.

    Greetings!

Sorry to be a bother again, but this still isn't fixed in our installation. Today we tried to disable wkhtmltopdf and when using the built-in pdf generator the parameters aren't shown. Unfortunatly the output isn't satisfiable since we use some html and hence we rely on using wkhtmltopdf (like mydbr even recommends) we would naturally prefer the parameters to be removed there as well :)

    Best regards!

    Hi,
export using wkhtmltopdf does not show the parameters (unless some of the original css is overwritten). What is the version and the build you are using?

If parameter list shows in wkhtmltopdf PDF.export, make sure you that you are running the latest build (run the updater to be sure).

If you, after the update, still continue have this issue and your database is online, please contact support. We'd like to take a look at it.
