   Hey,

   Can we use vertical/horizontal scroll bar for a column .. As when the data shown inside a column is so large . And it shows in the report in a messy form

   Or can we use handle html tags of that data shown inside the column? or format the text like spaces and newline .

   Yes, just assign a column style with "overflow-x: scroll;white-space:nowrap;max-width: 200px;". Note that some old browsers (IE7, IE8) will require exrta effort.
