   Is it possible to use a dbr.resultclass', 'stickyheader'; in combination with dbr.pager to work together?

   I have not been able to get them to work together. Is there any example you have to illustrate this?

   For now the combination of pager and stickyheader is not supported as it needs some additional logic to sync the sticky and floating headers. We may enable this in future versions.

   Ok. At least I am not going mad :-)

   Seriously, it would be good to add. The pager feature allows me to keep waiting times low when there are many thousands of results. The stickyheader has obvious advantages. Can we add this to the feature request list.

   (But... a progress bar would be good as well then I don't care about pager!)
