   Hi,

   I want to know how I can give Read Only or any other type of access to specific user or group to any particular report(s).

   Go to 'edit' in report's info. There you can grant access to both users and groups for the report. If you utilize editing capabilities in the report, just do not grant access to those editing reports for the users/groups that you want to only have Read Access.

   I am unable to do this, can you please share more details? I can only see Report Privilege, Search user, group and add it. No where I am seeing an option of granting Read Only access.

   When you search for the users, you will be presented with a list of users based on the search criteria. You can then check the users that can execute the reports i.e have read access to the reports.

   If you have defined groups, you should already see the list of groups. Similarly, you can check the groups whose users can execute the report.
